Shipping Guidelines
At Iris Delights, we believe that the shipping process should be as delightful as our chocolates! Here are our shipping options and policies to ensure you understand how our handcrafted chocolates arrive safely at their destination.
We exclusively ship orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We want to avoid having your chocolates sit in an unconditioned warehouse over the weekend! When checking out, choose the date you would like us to ship your order. While we strive to ship on your chosen date, factors such as shop activity and peak holiday seasons may extend the processing time. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
To ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and delicious, we provide two shipping options: overnight shipping and two-day shipping. The shipping cost is calculated based on your chosen speed and destination. We only ship within the United States and do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Additionally, in certain weather conditions, overnight shipping may be the only available option.
In our commitment to preserving chocolate quality and minimizing the risk of melting, all orders are carefully packaged with insulation and frozen gel packs.
Once your order has been shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Our shipping timelines do not account for unexpected weather delays, which may impact shipment and arrival dates. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you are shipping to a warmer region, we strongly recommend selecting overnight shipping to ensure the chocolate reaches its destination in optimal condition. While we do all we can to ensure your chocolate leaves our shop in pristine condition, we cannot be responsible for melting or damage during transit. Therefore, we cannot refund orders that melt or are damaged in transit due to the unpredictable nature of shipping. Please understand that the final decision regarding shipping speed is the responsibility of the customer.
